Kids Alive

Our Sunday School program provides lively content that keeps the interest of kids with a fun and interactive approach to church schooling. Teachers and students discuss stories of the bible in our Little Scholars Day Care facility at the church.

Superbook Program

We have designed our Sunday School courses based on the Superbook Academy program to offer a fun and interactive program with music, videos, games and creative activities. Children enjoy an in-depth study in both large and small groups. Through this process, children go deeper into the Bible, become empowered as they memorize Scripture, and learn to apply what they discover in their everyday lives.

Kids Carrying the Kingdom

Our Sunday School program is also based on “Kids Carrying The Kingdom” curriculum. This is a Presence-based, God-friendly, Spirit-led children’s program designed to take our children on a journey where they can encounter the Father’s love through Jesus Christ. They will discover their identity and be equipped and released to fulfill their “royal mission”… bringing heaven to earth. Each lesson imparts & reveals Kingdom truths; God’s love & power and is an opportunity and place to encounter God’s presence.

Our Sunday School Team

Sherri-Lynn Hamilton, ECE IT

My name is Sherri and I am the founding manager of Little Scholars Child Care.

I love to create enthusiastic learning environments that facilitate happy fun filled activities for the children.
I have 27 years experience teaching in kindergarten, school-age, pre-school and infant toddler programs. Since opening Little Scholars in 1997 I have had plenty of opportunities to use and improve communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, supervisory skills, stress management skills, teaching skills, listening skills and of course the skill of working with and loving the children and their families.

I received my Early Childhood Education certificate at Northern Lights University, my Infant Toddler certificate at Capilano University and my Licence to Practice in the year 2000.

My husband, William and I now have a quiet home as our two sons have grown and now have families of their own. Our oldest son is married with three children and our younger son is married with two children. I love children and I feel so blessed to be still working with the little ones at our child care.

I have to say at Little Scholars we have a great group of fully qualified and caring teachers. This in turn creates a great learning environment for the wonderful children entrusted in our care.
